Order methods, pricing, and shipping costs

Users have the ability to place all their orders from the website: obratutelaragraria.org.

Each user of Agricultural Guardianship Work declares themselves to have full capacity to use credit card payments and states that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through the obratutelaragraria.org website.

By pressing the «Pay» button during the purchase process, the user declares full and unreserved acceptance of all of these Terms and Conditions.

The data registered by the Agrarian Tutelary Work Foundation constitute proof of the transactions made between obratutelaragraria.org and users. The Foundation will confirm your order by sending an email.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the characteristics of the products in each order and the delivery postal code.

All taxes are included in the prices of our products.

Obratutelaragraria.org reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product availability), except in cases of manifest typographical error.

The images accompanying the offered products are illustrative and may not match the delivered product as the arrangement in the garden is not for promotional purposes, but practical.

The customer may cancel their order up to 2 business days before the delivery date. For cancellations made after that time, the Agrarian Tutelary Work Foundation reserves the right to charge 100% of the order.

The Agrarian Guardianship Foundation reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order if it deems that the appropriate conditions for carrying out a transport with minimal viability, which could affect the product, are not met.

Obratutelaragraria.org reserves the right to reject an order from any user with whom it has a dispute.

Payment

Payment for purchases is made by bank card. The bank cards accepted are: Visa and MasterCard. All payments made through this website will be in euros regardless of the payment method used during the purchase process.

In the event that the POS (Point of Sale) terminal reports a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled.

Security

For your security, the Agricultural Welfare Foundation has entrusted its credit card payment system to a payment gateway. The banking details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank's servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

The website uses industry-accepted information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client agrees that the provider may obtain data for the purpose of authenticating the access controls.

Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the bank details linked to these payment methods, so Obra Tutelar Agrària does not know or record this data during the payment transaction or at any other time.

Delivery

The Agricultural Guardianship Foundation will do its best to deliver within the specified timeframe and in the appropriate manner during the purchase process. The delivery timeframe will be chosen by the user based on service availability in their postal code.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available on Obratutelaragraria.com once it is confirmed. The purchase order includes VAT.

Obratutelaragraria.com will ask the user to choose the delivery location, and they will need to specify their home, office, or center where they want the product delivered, in addition to a contact phone number in case of any delivery issues.

At this time, we do not yet deliver orders to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands.

Each delivery is deemed to have been completed once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier at the location they designated during the purchase process.

The delivery area covered by the Foundation is all of Spain with the exception of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Return and cancellation

Due to the nature of the products from the Obra Tutelar Agrària Foundation, returns are not accepted. If any of the products are in poor condition, please contact the Foundation at info@obratutelaragraria.org or by calling 934 51 65 41, and we will find an appropriate solution.

For the same reason, the user's order cancellation will be subject to the standard procedures of the Agrarian Tutelary Work Foundation, and cancellation must be reported no later than two days before the agreed delivery date.

Modification of the general terms and conditions of sale

The Obra Tutelar Agrària Foundation reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and may change, delete, or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.

These changes will have to be accepted by the user every time they make a purchase through the website obratutelaragraria.org.

Users of the website obratutelaragraria.org who do not agree with the modifications to the Terms and Conditions must notify us and, as of the date on which the new version takes effect, must stop using the services of obratutelaragraria.org.

If any term included in these Terms and Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect that provision or the part thereof that results null or ineffective, the general conditions remaining in full force and effect in all other respects, with such provision, or the part thereof that results affected, being deemed not to have been included.

Denial and withdrawal of access to the website

Obratutelaragraria.org reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website obratutelaragraria.org and/or its services at any time and without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, from Users who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable regulations.
