3. ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

9. NULLITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS

If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect the provision or part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the rest of the clauses remaining in full force and effect, considering the provision or part thereof affected as not included, unless, due to being essential to this Legal Notice, it must affect them entirely.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

This Legal Notice, as well as all relationships that may arise between the User and the Website Owner for access and use of the Website, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law.
