The harvest is underway between October and November in the Lleida region, at one of the Foundation's agricultural colonies, Santa Maria de Gimenells.

They are medium-sized and very tasty to eat. Washed with water, unpeeled.

They sell shells.

Rich in fiber, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and omega-3s.

No traces of any other nuts. Gluten-free.
