Delivery of a defibrillator to the CRAE of Santa Maria del Vallès

Last Thursday, July 20th, we had the great pleasure of receiving a defibrillator at the CRAE of Santa Maria del Vallès from TIC TAC DEA, presented by trainer Pau Duran, who does such great work on such an important topic that causes so many deaths.

The objective focuses on cardioprotecting minors and professionals of the CRAEs, as well as the entire network of professionals trained in the matter.

It is crucial for survival that the center has the necessary knowledge and resources to quickly attend to minors in the event of cardiac arrest. For this reason, we have invested in providing training on the use of defibrillators and how to act in cases of sudden death. Finally, the defibrillator has been installed.

We also thank Ferran Ballestà, the mayor of Lliçà de Vall, Eva Oms, councilor for education and youth, M. José Alvarez, councilor for services, Xavier Castillejo, 1st deputy mayor and councilor for territory, and Sonia Marinas, councilor for social welfare.
