This past Monday, September 16th, the boys and girls of the PFI have started a new edition of the Training and Insertion Program organized by the Foundation.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year's start of term has been marked by a series of activities such as composting, transplanting and cleaning access paths, irrigation system design, and chicken feed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PFI course for Auxiliary in Agricultural Activities lasts for an academic year and is based on instrumental learning, personal competencies, specific professional training, and a period of internships in local businesses. It is also important to highlight the tutorial support of the teachers, which is key in the vocational and educational guidance of the young men and women on an individual level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the official pre-enrollment was during May and June, some young people in September manage to obtain their ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), freeing up some spots in the program. For this reason, pre-enrollment for the PFI (Vocational Training Initiation) at the Foundation's Agricultural School is still open, in order to fill any possible vacancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
