The Private Foundation for Agricultural Tutelage is a non-profit organization that develops various welfare and socio-educational programs for adolescents and young people at risk of social exclusion.<\/p>

The CRAE Col\u00f2nia Agr\u00edcola de Santa Mar\u00eda del Vall\u00e9s is a social program of the Foundation that allows for the care of young people aged 14 to 18 who are under the guardianship of the Directorate General for Child and Adolescent Care (DGAIA) of the Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/p>


The quality model for service provision at CRAE is based on the Roots, Vision, Mission, and Values defined in the Foundation's Ideology and is based on:<\/p>

  • To provide a place of residence and coexistence for all children and adolescents who, for any reason, cannot be with their families.;<\/p><\/li>

  • Provide suitable fulfillment of protection, education, and holistic development needs for the welcomed boys.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>


    Tea with the main objectives:\u00a0<\/p>

    • Prioritize work on autonomy and the transition to adult life with boys starting at age 16.;<\/p><\/li>

    • Improve the integration and adaptation of newly arrived boys.;<\/p><\/li>

    • Work on the reduction and prevention of cases of bullying and\/or school harassment.;<\/p><\/li>

    • Provide support to families and work toward family reunification as a priority;<\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain hygiene habits in both individual and common areas;<\/p><\/li>

    • Enhance the tracking and completion of training resources; and<\/p><\/li>

    • Encourage boys' participation in the center's activities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>


      To achieve these goals and ensure maximum stakeholder satisfaction:<\/p>

      • We ensure that our services comply with the applicable legal regulations and the Foundation's Code of Good Practices.;<\/li>
      • We value the opinions of minors, facilitating and guaranteeing access for their family members.<\/li>
      • We provide a protected environment in good condition, respecting your privacy and taking care of your health.<\/li>
      • We help and guide your studies while you enjoy activities and free time, all with friendly service.<\/li>
      • We continuously improve our processes and services.<\/li>
      • We minimize our strategic and operational risks to ensure the continuity of our activities.<\/li><\/ul>
